Your YouTube API key, your saved ideas, your last scan, your draft titles and your theme preference are stored in your browser's local storage on your own device. They are never transmitted to findbangers. Clearing your browser data deletes all of it permanently, which is why the Ideas tab offers a JSON export.
When you run a scan or mine comments, your browser sends requests directly to Google's YouTube Data API at googleapis.com, carrying your API key and your search terms. Those requests go from you to Google. They do not pass through any server operated by findbangers. Google's handling of them is governed by Google's own privacy policy.

If you choose to give an email address for the weekly niche report, that address is stored so the report can be sent, along with the niche you asked about. It is used to send you those reports and occasional recommendations of tools and services for creators. It is not sold or rented to anyone. Every email contains an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing deletes the address.
findbangers sets no advertising cookies and runs no cross-site tracking. Local storage is used for the items listed above, which is technical storage required for the tool to work rather than tracking.
This site is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect their information.
You can delete everything held in your browser by clearing site data. If you are on the email list and want your address removed along with any record of it, use the unsubscribe link or write to the contact address, and it will be deleted.
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it.
